Contributions of Wildlife Toxicology to Environmental Mercury Science and Policy
Session CodeS-HR-4
Session TypeCombined Oral and Poster
DescriptionThe platform portion of this session will present summaries of several important large-scale research projects, all of which have made substantial contributions to our understanding of the toxic effects of Hg in wild animals, and which have also had significant impacts on policy development relating to environmental Hg pollution.  Accompanying posters will compliment the platform presentations with more focused results from recent research on Hg toxicology in wildlife species.
